This survey examined client-agency performance evaluation programs from the perspective of the agency side.

While a lot has been written about agency evaluations from the client’s perspective, there has been little coverage of the agency’s side and their perspective. WFA and Decideware have reached out to 60 agency executives from 36 different agencies who generously shared their experience in relation to client-agency performance evaluation programs.

All valuable inputs have been consolidated in one document, now available here.
