Manolis heads the Innovation team and Kantar Marketplace platform at Kantar Finland. Over the past 20 years, Manolis has worked with some of the world’s leading brands in the UK and Finland to help them understand the changing context of consumer decision making and develop meaningfully different breakthrough innovations.
His passion is fusing research with technology and analytics towards a holistic approach to understanding human behaviour, to uncover insights often missed by conventional approaches.
Outside work, Manolis loves the outdoors and outside-in thinking experiences.

Erik Elvingsson Hedén

Erik Elvingsson Hedén is the Managing Director of SB Insight and the founder of Sustainable Brand Index™, Europe’s largest brand study on sustainability. He has worked with sustainability for over a decade and has insights into more than 1 600 brands across industries and countries. Based on these insights, Erik is an experienced sustainability brand strategist and holds lectures on how sustainability affects brands, communication and business development.
