Lotta Uusitalo

Lotta is the head of our Competition & Procurement practice. Lotta routinely advises clients in all aspects of competition law: merger control, cartel investigations, behavioral antitrust matters, abuse of dominance, vertical restrictions and damages actions. Lotta has significant experience in advising clients in co-operation with competitors and exchange of information, particularly for trade associations and on the energy & infra sector. Lotta gives advise also in state aid and public procurement matters. In addition, Lotta has significant general commercial experience particularly from automotive sector. She is also the head of our Corporate Responsibility & Sutainable Law practice and the team leader of our internal sustainability and green transition team.

Lotta delivers timely, practical and commercial legal advice and has the understanding of the client’s business as a priority. Lotta is interested in legal design and has developed legal tech for compliance purposes.
