Laura Holden is the Founder of Bonsai, an AI and Legal Consultancy that helps businesses Simplify Responsible AI.

A tech and AI lawyer, Laura has over 14 years’ experience advising global organisations on responsible tech and AI adoption. She previously led Unilever Legal’s global Responsible AI programme, where she developed and embedded Unilever’s global AI policies, governance frameworks, contract clauses, and training across the business, with a focus on marketing. She continues to advise Unilever, as well as other clients including Diageo and the World Federation of Advertisers, on how marketers can scale ethical, practical and legally sound AI practices.

Before founding Bonsai, Laura spent over a decade in global law firms advising on complex tech transactions.

Through Bonsai, Laura focuses on the real-world, hands-on implementation of Responsible AI – with a particular focus on AI in marketing. She helps her clients answer critical questions like “what does Responsible AI mean in our business” and then “how do we actually embed this into our day-to-day operations?”

She supports major multinationals with practical, business-ready advice and tools, including ready-to-use templates, policies, tip sheets, training, clauses, governance frameworks and cross-functional workshops. She has also developed a simple AI risk assessment framework to take responsible AI from theory to everyday practice.

She is a regular speaker on AI governance and marketing innovation, and is looking forward to joining the Marketing Finland community for this webinar.

Elena Turtureanu

Elena Turtureanu works as a Senior Compliance Director, Legal & Privacy at Adform.

Elena oversees Adform’s global data protection and privacy matters and is responsible for ensuring that the company’s technology, services, and procedures meet the data privacy requirements. She is also responsible for driving the company’s go-to-market privacy, compliance and public regulatory policy strategy. She is highly engaged in being part of key working groups developing and setting industry standards, and regularly speaks on privacy, legal and policy-related challenges facing the digital ad industry. She brings more than 10 years’ experience in adtech.
Previously, Elena held senior positions at SAP, as lead counsel for the Ad Tech Exchange Media Division and as General Counsel at Smaato.

Lotta Uusitalo

Lotta is the head of our Competition & Procurement practice. Lotta routinely advises clients in all aspects of competition law: merger control, cartel investigations, behavioral antitrust matters, abuse of dominance, vertical restrictions and damages actions. Lotta has significant experience in advising clients in co-operation with competitors and exchange of information, particularly for trade associations and on the energy & infra sector. Lotta gives advise also in state aid and public procurement matters. In addition, Lotta has significant general commercial experience particularly from automotive sector. She is also the head of our Corporate Responsibility & Sutainable Law practice and the team leader of our internal sustainability and green transition team.

Lotta delivers timely, practical and commercial legal advice and has the understanding of the client’s business as a priority. Lotta is interested in legal design and has developed legal tech for compliance purposes.
