Lasse Mäkelä is the founder and CEO of Larzon Capital. He is an international financial and M&A executive with broad experience from various investment banking and general management roles. He was also the Founder and Entrepreneur of Invesdor Ltd, having build Invesdor investment platform from zero to 35 people in 5 countries in 8 years. During Invesdor time, Lasse organised more than 170 fundraising rounds to Target companies with the team. Prior to Invesdor, Lasse had an 8-year career in investment banks Merrill Lynch in London and Icecapital Securities in Helsinki focusing mostly in M&A transactions and financing. Following that, Lasse worked 8 years in industry with responsibility in Mergers and acquisitions, Finance and CFO functions in KONE Corp, Consti Group and Corbel Holding.
