Established in 2023, the LIONS Scholarship is back – offering a fully paid scholarship for underrepresented talent in the creative industry. Each of the ten winners will join either the Brand Marketers Academy or Creative Academy, enjoying a curated programme and full Festival access. For anyone working full-time as a creative or marketer with at least 2 years experience and aged 30 or under (specifically, born on or after 21 June 1993). Proof of age will be required. Suomalaiset nuoret vahvasti edustettuna Cannesissa

Young Lions -kilpailun parhaat tiimit kilpailevat seitsemässä eri kategoriassa Cannes Lions -viikolla. Voit seurata nuorten matkaa sekä lähettää kannustuksia Marketing Finlandin somekanavissa. Lisäksi Marketing Finland sponsoroi yhdelle alan opiskelijalle osallistumisen Roger Hatchuel Student Academyyn.

Lennot ja majoittuminen

Lennot kannattaa varata nopeasti, sillä hinnat nousevat kesäkuun lähestyessä. Suoria lentoja lähimmälle lentokentälle Nizzaan tarjoavat Finnair ja Norwegian. Cannesin majoitustarjonta alkaa olla jo lopussa, mutta ei hätää –ympäristökunnista, kuten Antibesista ja Juan-les-Pinsista pääsee kätevästi junalla tapahtumapaikoille. Juhannuksesta johtuen suomalaisten osallistuminen painottuu alkuviikkoon, mutta kyllä suomalaisia tavataan myös perjantain päätösbileissäkin rannalla. Viime vuonna suomalaisia oli Cannesissa upea joukko ja tänäkin vuonna odotamme vahvaa suomalaisedustusta.
